有問有答 · HELP & GUIDANCE
Before you begin.
Where should I start?
The Library contains 24 original guides across six shelves, with classical sources, a trigram table and a glossary. Choose a shelf and open a guide to read it on the page.
Do I need to attend in person?
No. Our incense, lamp and blessing services are arranged on your behalf. BaZi explanations are delivered by recorded video. No in-person attendance is required. The separate 1:1 consultation is a scheduled live video appointment you join online.
When will I receive my video?
For recorded services, within five days after payment. The live 30-minute consultation takes place at an agreed appointment time; it is not a recorded-video delivery. The product description identifies the offering or explanation included. This deadline applies to video delivery, not the arrival of a physical parcel.
Will anything be posted to me?
Only when the listing includes a physical item. The handwritten talisman includes physical delivery; incense, lamps and remote blessings are video-delivered services. Shipping destinations, charges and dispatch information will be shown before physical-item checkout opens.
Can I buy an offering now?
Our service and product drafts have been prepared for review and checkout is not open yet. You can browse the service descriptions and prices on the Shop page and contact us with questions. The enquiry form does not take payment.
What does the 1:1 consultation include?
US $88 covers one private 30-minute live video call for one person. Choose a main question involving BaZi, career, relationships or life direction, with time to ask follow-up questions during the session. A written report, recording and extra appointments are not included unless separately agreed.
How do I arrange a consultation?
Send your main question, time zone, preferred language and suitable times through our contact form. We confirm availability, scope and call details before payment. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Scheduling and cancellation terms will be agreed before paid booking opens.
What information should I provide?
Start with the service you are interested in and a short description of your intention. For BaZi, the required birth details will be explained when the reading is arranged. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unrelated private information.
Can I arrange an offering for someone else?
You can enquire about a family or gift intention. Respect the person's beliefs and privacy, and ask which details are needed before sharing them. Tell us if names should be omitted from the visible video.
Are specific outcomes guaranteed?
No. A completion video records the described service. It does not guarantee health, wealth, examination results, reconciliation or another future event.
Why do you use both Tao and Dao?
They are different romanizations of the Chinese word 道. We use Dao in our brand name and Taoist in much of our English writing.
Is there an automatic BaZi calculator?
No. The current site provides reading guides and information about recorded personal services. It does not provide an automated chart calculator.
Which images are photographs?
Our editorial and service cards use licensed photographs of real places and objects. The Bagua video and Pantheon artwork are AI-assisted illustrations. Reference photographs do not document your purchased service or imply a venue affiliation. Your actual service video is delivered separately. See our photography credits.
How can I ask about a service or delivery?
Use our contact form. If your question concerns an order, include its order number and describe the issue.
What are the new ritual offerings?
Fortune Vault Replenishment is a one-time US $968 ritual. Yuanbao Paper Offering and the Tongzi Sha, Goujiao Sha and Taohua Sha ritual services are quoted after the scope is agreed. All are remote and include an actual service video within five days after payment.
How many paper ingots are included?
The number of ingots or bags, the dedication and the total price will be confirmed before payment. Illustrations do not specify a package quantity. No real gold, cash or parcel is sent to you.
Do I need a Sha ritual or a paid consultation first?
A traditional name or a difficult period does not establish that a ritual is necessary. You can ask for a clear description and quote without purchasing a consultation. The US $88 live call is optional and separate. Participation is your choice; no specific outcome is promised.
